How to Initiate a Return 

  • Contact Customer Service: Before returning any item, please submit your return request via our form or contact our customer service team at This will help us provide you with specific return instructions and streamline the process. 
  • Prepare the Return: After notifying us, please prepare the item for return. Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. 
  • Return Shipping: We will provide you with the necessary shipping details to ensure your return reaches us safely. 

Return Policy Details 

  • Standard Orders: You may return most items within 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 25% will apply to these returns to cover processing costs. 
  • Late Returns: Returns initiated after 30 days from receipt need pre-approval. Please contact us to discuss the possibility and terms of such returns. 
  • Custom Orders: Customized items are generally not eligible for returns. However, if your custom order has manufacturing defects, please reach out to us for a resolution. 


Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
