How to Initiate a Return

Prepare the Return: Once you have initiated contact, please prepare the item for return. The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

Return Policy Details
Standard Orders: Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note, a restocking fee of 25% will apply to these returns to cover processing and restocking costs.
Late Returns: If you wish to return an item after the 30-day period, you will need to contact customer service for approval and discuss the terms for such a return.
Custom Orders: Returns for customized items are generally not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If there is an issue with a custom order, please contact us directly to arrange a suitable resolution.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our conditions for a refund. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 days of placement. Please note that during peak periods, processing times may vary. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
